How to Cook Rump Steak:
- Take the rump steak out of the packet and allow it to get to room temperature before cooking.
- Place a non-stick frying pan on high heat, and add two tablespoons of oil.
- Once the pan is hot enough, carefully place the rump steak into the frying pan.
- Turn every minute, six times.
- Place your steak into a preheated (to 180 degrees) oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Finally take the rump steak out of the oven, season with a little more pepper and let it sit on a warm plate for 10 minutes.
