Chicken Thigh On The Bone
Chicken Thighs On The Bone
Chicken thighs come from the top part of the chicken leg. They are available with or without the bone. Either way, chicken thighs are easy to prepare and a great basis for all sorts of recipes. Boneless chicken thighs can be used in nearly all the same recipes as chicken breasts – many people find the thigh meat tastier and juicier than chicken breasts. They are particularly mouth-watering when stuffed. Chicken thighs on the bone are the chef’s favourite: they may take slightly longer to cook, but have the most flavour of all and keep their shape well. Try them in a curry, or on the barbecue.
