Sirloin steak with garlic butter
An authentic recipe for the best sirloin steak combined with garlic butter, a match made in heaven.
Ingredients

Sirlon Steak
2 ts
Fresh parsley
2.6 oz
Butter
1 clove
Garlic, crushed
Seasalt
Olive oil
Step by Step

Take the sirloin steak out of the packet and allow it to get to room temperature before cooking.

Add parsley, garlic and salt to butter. Stir it and put it aside.

Place a non-stick frying pan on high heat, and add two tablespoons of oil.

Once the pan is hot enough, carefully place the sirloin steak into the frying pan.

Add a knob of butter and spoon over the steak, while cooking it on each side.
