    1. Mix paprika powder, cayenne pepper, ground cumin and brown sugar.

    Use the mixture as a rub for the pork and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

    Preheat the oven to 120ºC

    Put the pork in an oven dish and cover it with aluminum foil. Let it simmer in the oven for about 4 hours.

    Cut the pickles into thin slices.

    For the salad, cut the red cabbage in half and remove the stump. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and season it with salt, pepper and vinegar.

    Take out the pork and let it cool down a bit. Use two forks to pull the pork apart.

    Add BBQ sauce as much as you like.

    Cut the buns in half and grill them shortly (in a baking pan or on the BBQ).

    Place pulled pork on the bottom half of the bun. Place pickles and red cabbage on top and cover the whole with the top half. Enjoy!
