Grilled pork loin steaks with honey and ginger marinade

This deliciously sticky and spicy marinade is very easy to make but will help you add an extra dimension to a quick midweek supper. It also works brilliantly with the pork belly and several of the other cuts in your Meat Box.

    Make the marinade: stir together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and add chilli flakes to taste.

    Put the pork loin steaks in a large container, pour over the marinade, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Cook the steaks in a hot grill pan or under the grill until done, turning several times.

    Check for seasoning and serve, topped with chopped coriander if desired.
