Our hotdog version with the most delicious caramelised onions!
Ingredients
15gbutter
1apple, diced
15gsugar
15gbrown sugar
4 tbspketchup
4hotdog buns
200ggherkins
4 tbspfried onions
Step by Step

Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the diced apple and brown sugar.

Allow 5 minutes for the apples to simmer and turn golden brown.

Next, heat up a ribbed grill pan and cook the sausages through.

Slice open the hotdog buns and spread some ketchup on each, before adding the sausages and topping off with some caramelised apple, thinly sliced gherkins and fried onions.
