Chicken burger with avocado and red cabbage

Burgers aren't necessarily made out of beef! Try this chicken burger with avocado and red cabbage.

    Preheat a pan on medium-high heat. Add oil to it and place the chicken breasts in the pan for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, flip the chicken and let it cook another 3-4 minutes.

    In the meantime cut the red cabbage and the avocado's in slices.

    Remove the chicken breast from the pan. Cut the buns in half and rub mayonnaise on it. Build the burger by starting with the below half of the bun. Place the red cabbage, chicken breasts, avocado and watercress on the bun. Place the top half of the bun on top. Enjoy!
