Hamburgers and green asparagus; a match made in heaven

12green asparagus
Parmesan cheese
1glove of garlic, chopped
lemon juice
sour cream
2pickles, chopped
a handful ofarugula
olive oil
1red onion, chopped
1cucumber, chopped
fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
salt and pepper
Step by Step

Light your BBQ and make sure it is hot enough. In the meantime: prepare the herb sauce by chopping all the herbs and mix them with the sour cream, garlic, onion and cucumber. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Rinse the green asparagus, cut the ends off and peel them. Wrap the green asparagus, along with two spoons of olive oil and a little lemon juice, in aluminium foil. Place the package on the grill for about 6 minutes.

Grill the burgers until they are golden brown (6 minutes for medium rare).

Sprinkle the inside of the buns with olive oil and place them on the grill.

Spread some sauce on the buns and top them with arugula, a hamburger and two or three asparagus. Sprinkle the sandwich with Parmesan cheese
