Shoulder joint
The pork shoulder is one of the most flavoursome cuts of the animal. It has a layer of fat on the outside and internal marbling which stop it from drying out during cooking. It’s excellent for a beautiful roast with crunchy crackling or can be slow-cooked for pulled pork. Our shoulder joints weigh about 700g.
