Leg joint The leg joint is an excellent roasting joint with flavoursome meat and good, crisp crackling. The marbling helps the joint stay moist during cooking and gives it great flavour. Our Meat-Boxes include a beautiful leg joint which comes in at about 1 kg - perfect for a family of four. It’s best to cook the joint slowly with some added liquid flavourings. Be sure to increase the heat at the end for irresistibly crunchy crackling.
